Where to begin?

I've always loved food.  Though, to say you love food isn't really saying much now, is it?  Everyone should love food.  It's what keeps you alive.  Food isn't just life giving and the very substance that fuels our daily lives.  Ok, well, it is.  It's more than that, though.  Food is an art.  It is to me, anyway.  No matter how you slice it (no pun intended), food comes from the soul.  Now, that soul can be a soul that simply pours cereal in to a bowl, or a soul that pours their soul in to said bowl.  There's two types of ways to prepare food - you either make it for you or someone else with soul, or without.  That's it; and I'm serious.  The way I see it - you make it special, or you don't.  That is, when you make food, you're thinking about what you're making.  It's not just slapping your microwave silly and telling it to make you a sandwich, it's putting time and effort in to it and making it something truly special.  I'll elaborate more on this later.
